"I’ve been with this agency for almost 2 years and have had repeated mess-ups including accidental triple charge of renters insurance, accidental double charge of auto + renters insurance, and forgetting to put my unit number on my new renters policy causing my movers to have to sit in the parking lot for an hour while state farm updated my policy (an extra hundreds of dollars for my movers waiting there until I could get my keys). On top of this, the one time my autopay got rejected for some reason, they were threatening to cancel my policy immediately and leave me uninsured. Every renewal period my auto rates have gone up by $30 for inflation, despite no accidents or tickets on my record, to the point where my new rate would be double what I started with 2 years ago. I recently cancelled my auto policy and switched to a cheaper option."
